SERGI AROLA DEBUTS AT W PARIS - OPERA

W Paris - Opera is proud to welcome Sergi Arola, renowned Spanish two Michelin-starred chef to its signature restaurant, Arola, and the W Lounge.

Regarded as one of most creative minds in Spanish haute cuisine, Arola is from Barcelona and was inspired by iconic French chefs such as the Troisgros, Roger Vergé, Alain Chapel and Jacques Maximin before starting his training under Ferran Adrià at El Bulli in Spain and Pierre Gagnaire in Paris. He returned to Madrid to head La Broche, for which he earned two Michelin stars after three years. He has since opened his eponymous Sergi Arola Gastro in Madrid and Arola in Barcelona, and now joins W Paris - Opera as Executive Chef.
